VersaStep ™ bladeless trocars combine the advantages of Step ™ radial expansion technology with Versaseal ™ Plus universal seal. The Step ™ radial expansion technology allows the VersaStep ™ trocars without scalpel to produce smaller fascial defects for an equivalent cannula size compared to trocars with conventional blades. The measurements are varied so that it can be used for patients of any age.

THORACOPORT™

Thoracoport ™ single-use soft trocars have cannulas that are less rigid from a side-to-side perspective than the standard Thoracoport ™. Each single-use Thoracoport ™ trocar consists of a blunt-tipped plug and a 60 mm threaded flexible sleeve with a cover on its proximal end to protect against foreign materials entering the thoracic cavity and for stabilization instruments.
